Booking Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that all reservations whether made verbally or in writing constitute a legal contract. In the event of cancellation the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay 66% of the total holiday cost.

Holiday insurance is highly recommended and relatively inexpensive. As well as covering you for the loss of your holiday (due to illness of any member of your party, or to near relatives not holidaying with you) you will be also covered for the loss of baggage and money.

If you have to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. You will only be liable on the part of the accommodation not re-let.

We regret that we are unable to take pets.
